   The coming of that which is perfect is only said to make prophecy and   
   knowledge cease, not tongues. It uses the passive voice showing that   
   "the perfect" causes the prophecy and knowledge to cease. By contrast,   
   when it says where there are tongues they will cease, it's in the middle   
   voice. That means they cease of themselves. They are not made to cease   
   by the coming of "the perfect". Therefore, you cannot conclude that   
   tongues, miracles, or healing (sign gifts) must continue until Christ   
   returns.

   penalty. That God raised Him from the dead shows Christ's death

   sins, and saving you from eternal damnation.   
      
   On the basis of Christ's death and resurrection for our sins, call on   
   the name of the Lord to save you: "For 'everyone who calls on the name   
   of the Lord will be saved'" (Romans 10:13, ESV).
