Contrary to your lying implication, Jesus did not contradict Himself:

    • You seek to conflate how civilian believers are supposed to
address personal grievances with how governments are supposed
to operate as God's agents of wrath against evil.

    • God does not consider defending your country against foreign
threats, executing God's wrath against evil-doers (Romans 13),
and protecting your citizens against the same, a failure to
love your enemies or pray for and bless in the sense which
Jesus prescribes for civilian believers with regard to their
    personal grievances.

   > That wasn't applied to the military?
   > But everyone else? John didn't believe Jesus' words?

False dichotomy, stupid liar. The choices aren't, either abandon God's
ordained means of punishing evil-doers and protecting your citizens, or
else you don't believe Jesus' words. You promote confusion and lies,
seeking to pit instructions for personal grievances against God's will
for governing authorities. Both instructions are God's will. Individual
believers should not take vengeance, but should leave room for the wrath
of God. Governing authorities are God's agents of wrath against
evil-doers. Go read Romans 13 you deceived tool of Satan.
   --
Have you heard the good news Christ died for our sins (†), and God
   raised Him from the dead?

That Christ died for our sins shows we're sinners who deserve the death
penalty. That God raised Him from the dead shows Christ's death
satisfied God's righteous demands against our sin (Romans 3:25; 1 John
2:1-2). This means God can now remain just, while forgiving you of your
sins, and saving you from eternal damnation.

On the basis of Christ's death and resurrection for our sins, call on
the name of the Lord to save you: "For 'everyone who calls on the name
of the Lord will be saved'" (Romans 10:13, ESV).
