           the subjects above.   
      
         • ACCUSED me of doing what he just did "Ignore the Bible".   
      
   You are not answering the point that was made.   
      
   That shift is a classic deflection. When the gospel is exposed as   
   missing, you redirect the discussion to a secondary controversy that   
   feels biblical but avoids the main charge. Ecclesiastes, Psalms, and   
   “sleep” language allow you to argue semantics about death without   
   answering whether your message saves anyone.   
      
   You were not challenged on the state of the dead. You were challenged on   
   the message being proclaimed. The issue raised was whether replacing the   
   gospel of Christ’s death and resurrection with a law-driven “kingdom”   
   program reconciles sinners to God or shuts the door of the kingdom   
   (Matthew 23:13–15; Galatians 1:6–9; 1 Corinthians 15:1–4, ESV).   
      
   You did not address that. You did not answer whether Christ’s death and   
   resurrection save sinners, whether works can reconcile a sinner to God,   
   or whether the apostles defined the gospel as future kingdom obedience.   
      
   Instead, you changed the subject.   
      
   Even if your claims about death were correct, they would not answer the   
   charge. The New Testament does not define the gospel by Ecclesiastes,   
   Psalms, or metaphors of sleep. It defines the gospel by Christ crucified   
   and risen (1 Corinthians 15:3–4, ESV). Paul said that message is the   
   power of God for salvation (Romans 1:16, ESV), and he warned that adding   
   anything to it produces a different gospel (Galatians 1:6–9, ESV).   
      
   The scribes and Pharisees had an aggressive outreach ministry to the   
   world, crossing land and sea to make one proselyte. Yet the content of   
   their message was a LEGALISTIC LIE AND FALSE GOSPEL which CONTRADICTS   
   God's gospel of salvation through faith in Christ (1 Corinthians 15:1-4;   
   Galatians; Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 4, etc.). The result of their efforts   
   was not that people were being saved and introduced into God's kingdom,   
   but that they were SHUTTING THE DOOR of God's kingdom in the faces of   
   their proselytes, and making them TWOFOLD the children of hell as they   
   themselves were!   
      
   He routinely points to the fact that "Jehovah's Witnesses" are   
   involved in global outreach, as if a) no one else on earth were   
   doing that (LIES), and as if b) "Jehovah's Witnesses" efforts   
   to cross land and sea to make one proselyte therefore   
   automatically confirm THEM as God's people doing God's   
   thing. That's a LIE. If your gospel contradicts the one Christ   
   sent the apostles to proclaim, may you be (as Paul said)   
   ETERNALLY CONDEMNED!You CLEARLY promote a legalistic and FALSE gospel,   
   which CONTRADICTS the way of salvation revealed by the apostles in the   
   gospel and epistles.

   raised Him from the dead?   
      
   That Christ died for our sins shows we're sinners who deserve the death   
   penalty. That God raised Him from the dead shows Christ's death   
   satisfied God's righteous demands against our sin (Romans 3:25; 1 John   
   2:1-2). This means God can now remain just, while forgiving you of your   
   sins, and saving you from eternal damnation.   
      
   On the basis of Christ's death and resurrection for our sins, call on   
   the name of the Lord to save you: "For 'everyone who calls on the name   
   of the Lord will be saved'" (Romans 10:13, ESV).
