   You're equivocating.  The Big Bang was not necessarily the absolute   
   beginning, and even if it was, such does not prove that "God did It",   
   let alone the god of your religious tradition.  Fact is that eternal   
   cosmologies of the Cosmos exist and have been published:

   These models may or may not be correct, or, they may be correct in part,   
   or, someday, "new physics" will be formulated that describes Nature more   
   completely than do the existing cosmological models.  In any case, the   
   best that you can do is to appeal to the "God of the Gaps" argument, and   
   with it, inviting us to hop onto your slippery side down into the abyss   
   of Christian fundamentalism.  (No thanks.)
