   "This card is invalid if not signed by the number holder unless health or   
   age prevents signature."  I wasn't given it until I could remember my number   
   when my mom had been by my side for isntance when they ask she would let   
   them know then one day says do you know your number yet? you remember? I   
   said yeah told it and she gave me the card like well then you can hav ethis   
   now.
