   Like blood is blood.  You bleed ou the anus some call a ambulance or go to   
   the ER entry of the hospital.  Was a clot not shedded internal trying to   
   come out, ER referred me to a hemroid specialist, and my dad took me to and   
   from each of the three appointments with him.
