   When I called where she was adopted with the info to get my address changed   
   in the system they said they didn't plant it and I had to call a different   
   place.  They tried to make it sound like a RF transmitter.  It's really a   
   Golden Valley top of the insured chip.  They put it right between their   
   sholder blades, like the others.  So is that just to get away with there's   
   more then just a scanable number for ID, like Nick's hearing voices of a   
   F.B.I. monitored head control device, or phone mimmic system that causes   
   your vocals to echo and they have it out of whacked or only halfway   
   discovered?   
      
   Look up R.F., like when did I really go to war with another countries prior   
   technology and defeat head?
