   it's a ActiveX webcontrol in a passworded zip it requries running on their   
   intranet where it was the application of and any access from there is there   
   defined not in the code... the drive it's on is formatted and reformatted   
   over on one of the drives with US Army..  I don't even remember the   
   password, I had it for the example of... I never had the cab and activex and   
   param passing example and I always liked it better then any computer program   
   web ran ... ActiveX that is..
