   In other words, this guy would rather call Orwell a coward than admit he was a   
   socialist.   
      
      
   I was looking for something else just now and ran across some quotes from a few   
   years back from Orwell's democratic socialist commentary on unemployment,   
   poverty,   
   etc. A lot of these are from the parts of his writing that seem altogether   
   richer   
   in substance because he's talking about real specifics.
