   As for the ruthlessnes of the  extermination campaigns of Pol Pot or   
   others there can be no doubt. Neither should there be any doubt that   
   such people  must be resisted before they get the chance of enforcing   
   their vision on the unwillign population.

   In Norway something between 1/3 and 2/3 of the total population
