   To be a member of a political party you join up and pay your membership.   
   In Norway the parties generally aim for a membership around 10% of their   
   vote. may I remind you that 60% -80%% of eligible Norwegians actually   
   vote (thsi number used to be higher).   
   I believe that a multiparty system (as opposed to anglo-american   
   duopolies) gives the voter more choices and  makes voting more inresting   
   and more relevant
