   Why are you asking us this question? Since you live in Brazil you must know   
   what is in the public domain and what is not. Why would we know? However I   
   would be surprised if Brazil had not signed up to international agreements   
   on matters of copyright. In that case Orwell is not in the public domain,   
   and neither is P.G. Wodehouse. Does your company not retain lawyers to   
   advise you on matters like this?
