   He absolutely qualified it. He saw through the bs communist utopia of   
   Stalin's. He named names because he thought they were enabling the worship   
   of Stalin's totalitarianism of the left- something he had first hand   
   experience with while fighing alongside the Trotsky leaning POUM when the   
   Soviet supported communists were 'ordered' by Moscow to eliminate them. He   
   was an equal opportunity hater of totalitarianism- the fight against Franco   
   brought him to Spain in the first place.
