I totally agree. I had this conversation with Martha recently either here or
on Horizon. I said that unless you take back the
control of the inside of the prison from the Tookies of the world, people
like your break and enter man are going to suffer. In other words a convict
should be penitent to the state and not the biggest psychos on the block.
This argument proved too subtle for the Left. They're cosier with the bigger
platitudes. Meanwhile, people get raped and die.
