|    Email To Brentano: Jack Straw. Iran    |

From: GDHDTHSHS@SDSRSF.COM              Generalissimo,              I did enjoy Jack Straw on Channel 4 news last night. He was being       interviewed by Jon Snow, who dutifully, though rather pointlessly and       disingenuously, was insinuating that Mahmoud 'Adolf' Ahmadinejad's plan for       building an atom bomb with 'Jerusalem' chalked on the side was bit of Allied       spinning. How childish of Snow: mind you, he was very shirty about the       Civitas booklet the night he had someone on to talk about it; in fact the       whole of the news programme was, for once, mildly un-PC just so Snow could       bat for the media during the interview; I know these cocksucker's little       ways - apart from anything else, Snow's on the Spare Plinth Art Selection       Committee.        Anyway, Straw said this, in that whey faced, hunted, yet fluent way he's       developed: 'the international community is not split about the Iran issue,       but it is in two minds.'              And now I give you a link to Polly Toynbee, who is effectively defending the       kind of high-handed, hands-on/out of touch ministerial behaviour currently       being exhibited by that stupid cow, Kelly. Toynbee, naturally, wants       ministers to be relieved of Personal Responsibility while preching that       decisions should be taken out of their hands and left to 'professionals'. Do       you have anymore faith in today's 'professionals' than Blair's Guardian       journalist-turned-Minister for Ed.? I don't. Let the political classes have       any more rope and they'll use that rope to climb out of any every fuck up,       and the already laughable notion of honour will no long be even a mirage.       The standard resignation debacle now requiring 2-3 scandals instead of one       (see Blunkett). I know Ms Toynbee is fighting hard to reduce this country's       standards to that of the third world but etc.              And Toynbee says that the media is 75 per cent 'rightwing' (when did right       wing become all one word?) - is it? The BBC, which is the dominant media, is       the opposite as are her paper, the Independent, the Mirror, the Obs. The       Standard is good on wasteful socialism, but still pinko in its trumpeting of       fatuous multicultural slogans. And it only stopped licking Ken's arse       because of the row with Finegold about the concentration camp guard comment.       Furthermore, if Ruth Kelly was a concservative Ed. minister, Toynbee would       have rubbished her Opus Dei beliefs in said column.              All cunts. Woss that in latin? Totas Vaginas? Good blog name.              regards!              The Good Soldier Schmgarrett.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
