   Not by any means conservative in tone but moderate, maybe even slightly   
   left, on the political scale. Both critical American policies in Gitmo and   
   defending it from knee-jerk anti-Americanism.   
      
   Saw Hitchens in DC a few years back in 2002 at Olsson's Books. Interesting   
   and entertaining, but drunk as a fucking skunk slurring some of his words.
