   getting busted out. These hands are suicide hands that rarely win a lot   
   of money, except in mutual suicide pacts involving one or more players.   
   I particularly welcome the guys who triple up on the first hand,   
   because they soon get bored with having a huge  stack and start   
   spraying chips in every direction, which makes them ideal customers for   
   the slow play. They rarely have a clue about heads-up play and become   
   easy meat in the endgame.
