If the judiciary abandons people to the same offenders by giving them
ludicrous sentences for serious crimes then a lynch mob mentality will stir
because the judges are not doing ethir job properly.

They, like you, live well and out of what Scott-Fitzgerald called 'the hot
struggles of the poor'. In their desire to feel groovy about themselves they
have unwittingly sentenced poor communities to suffering by returning those
   who should not be returned.

If that was his case vis a vis Marxism, he'd have joined the other party.

Like most liberals on the subject of racism or law in England, you hold up
examples from the southern states, as if we had anything like that or would
have anything like that. You must understand your approach to debate is
   specious and cartoon-like.

They have to be removed from society once they have offended and handled
with upmost serious. The evidence suggests this doesn't happen.
Rehabilitation doesn't much work, from what I've read.
