   and me, The Colonel. We had Murray Mints as well. We wanted to ask Nick   
   Cohen how much he earned and we wanted to kick Francis Wheen in the bollocks   
   but the reason we wanted to escapes me... We're commemorating Raymond   
   Chandler in Dulwich next if any yanquis are in England at the time: you can   
   say: '...so this is like, like Dulll-widge, where King Arthuur went to   
   schoool?'...   
      
   Tried to post this at Horizon as Dr Lupus A. Mayflower (a black   
   fake-spiritualist from my new novel) (first time I've looked in at Horizon   
   for months - I may look in again as long as no cunt starts going on about   
   linguistics) but Some Anal Retentive has me blocked.   
      
   We lamented that there's nobody around now like George and that his   
   self-proclaimed heir, Christopher Hitchen, is a fat, self-regarding,   
   self-mythologising money-grubbing nincompoop on wheels.
