   I was thinking not just about the official unemployment figures, but people   
   in Incapacity Benefit who aren't really incapacitated at all (I know   
   several) and students doing degrees in Golf Course Studies and Needlework   
   etc - I'm tempted to add to that list about a quarter of the civil service   
   as well. In total, far more than 5 million.
