   The Baby Boomers did not create the British Welfare State.  Check the dates   
   in A.J.P. Taylor's book on twentieth century English history if you don't   
   believe me. .  You are like the apocryphal Australian high-schooler who   
   believed that England was discovered by an Australian who rode a giant wave   
   way way out.( I'm alluding to solipsism.)

    If the whites in London were suffering such terrible statistics, the death   
   penalty would have been reintroduced a long time ago. pc or no pc.  Murder   
   and crime is the scourge of the Black community but there are many unsung   
   great people there. That community suffers from hip-hop but not from pc-type   
   relativism.  It is the one community in England in which the church is   
   strong.   
   Judaism or the DeathPenalty could make a difference there but that has to be   
   appreciated within that community.  I appreciate your concern but you are   
   blaming everything on boomers and pc because you are angry at boomers and pc   
   forreasons other than crime.  You are like a settler in the west bank who   
   blames the fact that Hamas won the Palestinian election on the evacuation of   
   Jews from Gaza.
