   It has been already proved by the data that the more you tax the   
   wealthy, the less tax is actually collected. The higher the taxes on the   
   wealthy, the more loop holes to avoid paying will be found. Wealthy   
   people donate the most to charity and pay most of the federal income tax.   
      
   If you're unemployed, you pay zero income tax. In your case, you may pay
