u can't hit an officer with the front of ur car while ignoring lawful
commands,
it's a pretty shit situations all around, had either the officer been
half a second faster getting out of the way, or good been half a second
slower at gunning it ... perhaps this wouldn't have happened...
but it did, and after watching enough body cam videos i don't feel that
trying to lawyer this somehow as a "summary killing" is particularly
relevant to the kind of split second decision making cops need to make
when dealing with potentially violent suspects
