The videographer's age is irrelevant in this case, although you make a
good point - they may be weenie protestors from Somalia.
It looks like dozens of videos have been captured on cell phones,
probably Android, uploaded by eye witnesses who were at the scene and
filmed the whole thing and live streamed it almost instantly onto the
internet with Instagram
