   Neither Canada nor the rest of nato are victims. They did the rational   
   thing and took advantage, allowing the US to pay for their defense as   
   long it was willing.   
      
   Trump blusters and uses threats and harsh words when strong kindness   
   might get the job done. Your feelings are hurt. Maybe rightly so. Beyond   
   him though, as you say things are changing because they need to.
