   Not mentioned is the real reason Cali gas costs so much. They require a   
   special formulation that's used nowhere else in the country.   
      
   If I lived there I'd have an internal combustion truck for general use   
   and for evac in an emergency, and an electric car with a home charger   
   for daily driving.   
      
   Of course it's incredibly unlikely that I'd ever voluntarily live in   
   Commiefornia.
