   The environmental radicals in California are probably thinking to   
   eliminate all ice vehicles and replace them with cheap, imported   
   electric vehicles made in China.   
      
   This will probably prompt Musk to relocate the Tesla factory. The Tesla   
   Model S is manufactured at the Tesla Factory in Fremont, California.   
      
   Another idea around here is to build a high speed rail line in the   
   Central Valley - designed to connect San Francisco to Los Angele.
