   So, I have not thought this through, or even thought about it very much,   
   but Andy has to be a scapegoat right? I don't see how it could be just

   It's an obvious sex ring conspiracy. And, what's worse, a coverup. A   
   coverup, up to and including his mother, the Queen of England who
