As a former military brat, I can say with the least hesitation, there's
no ideal place to live on the entire planet.

That being said, I've always been fond of Acapulco, Mexico. YMMV.

However, it goes without saying, that we are here because I have an
ex-wife, a wife, a son and a daughter, four grand kids, and five greats,
all living in this one small town.

The question is: are in-laws really outlaws?
