   The federal law says states have the right to regulate local laws in   
   order to prevent unions from screwing workers out of money.   
      
   You can't force workers to join the union; you can't make workers pay   
   union dues in order to work. You are free to join a union if you want   
   to, but you can't make that the criteria for hiring workers.   
      
   As a worker, you cannot be forced to contribute to political parties   
   against your will by being forced into payroll deductions.   
      
   You have a right to work.
