   Democratic megadonor Ed Buck has been spotted with another Black   
   man weeks after a Black man died in his home under mysterious   
   circumstances.   
      
   CBS LA reporter David Goldstein stopped Buck after seeing him   
   meet up with a Black male who appeared to be in his early 20s   
   outside a Los Angeles 7-Eleven. The donor and unidentified man   
   went into Buck's apartment for an hour before leaving to a local   
   mall.   
      
   "Is this young man who is with you now, is he in any harm?"   
   Goldstein asked.

   Buck responded to the journalist by accusing him of assaulting   
   him. The donor also called Goldstein an "a**hole."

   As Blavity previously reported, Buck is under scrutiny for the   
   deaths of two gay Black men in his home.   
      
   Timothy Dean, a Los Angeles Saks Fifth Avenue employee, was   
   found dead on January 7 around 12:15 a.m. in the 64-year-old's   
   home. Gemmel Moore died from a drug overdose in Buck's apartment   
   in 2017.   
      
   Buck's critics, including activist Jasmyne Cannick, claim Buck   
   invites Black gay men to his home and injects them with illegal   
   drugs. A 28-year-old named Jermaine Gagnon claims he escaped   
   death after the multimillionaire injected him with crystal meth   
   while they were together, Blavity reported.   
      
   Gagnon has also said he believes Buck gave him a date rape drug   
   on a separate occasion. The Daily Beast reports Dean warned his   
   gay Black friends to stay far away from Buck and would   
   reportedly refer to the donor as "the Devil."   
      
   Buck has denied any wrongdoing. However, scores of protesters   
   have taken to demonstrating outside the donor's apartment,   
   according to the Los Angeles Times. He is also currently being   
   investigated by L.A. police.   
      
   As the millionaire was cleared during the investigation of   
   Moore's death, some activists have questioned whether his   
   political donations are protecting him from arrest and   
   prosecution. Buck has donated over $520,000 to local, state and   
   federal campaigns since 2009.
