   Ten (10) years' work experience in Software Development and Quality Assurance   
   and Testing as a Quality Assurance lead is required with advanced knowledge of   
   test   
    methodology related to both waterfall and agile project methodologies.   
      
   Advanced communication skills with the ability to report to C Level leaders   
   and communicate quality risks to leadership using power point and presentation   
   skills.   
      
   Primary Skills/Knowledge:   
      
   TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:   
      
   Experience with Micro Focus UFT.   
   Experience with Scrum Methodology.   
   Advanced knowledge of ALM.   
   Advanced knowledge with software testing concepts: regression testing,   
   negative testing, White Box v. Black Box, functional v. non-functional   
   testing, defect reporting standards,   
    reproducibility of results.   
   Clear understanding of Software Development process as well as basic   
   understanding of SQL scripting language   
   Experience writing test strategies and test plans on large complex corporate   
   initiatives.   
   Experience writing test cases with and without documented requirements   
   provided.   
   Experience producing daily, weekly, monthly test metrics on large corporate   
   initiatives.   
      
   BUSINESS/FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:   
      
   Superb verbal communication sills   
   Excellent written communication skills, including public presentation   
   Health care knowledge is plus.   
   Knowledge of registration, scheduling, and billing. Past experience with a   
   revenue cycle system replacement a plus.   
   Demonstrated project management skills   
   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail   
   Able to lead large and small test teams through all phases of project delivery   
   lifecycle   
   Strategic thinking/planning skills   
   Ability to work effectively with minor supervision   
   Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing   
   deadlines   
   High degree of business maturity and demonstrated confidentiality   
   Demonstrated customer service orientation   
   Demonstrated change management competencies   
   Demonstrated leadership skills (coaching, mentoring, staff development, etc.)

   Must be able to lead and mentor a team of QA Testers and QA Leads
