   Location:  Mckinney, TX   
   Contract: C2C   
   Duration:12 Months   
   PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:   
   •	Identify, assess and track the mitigation of risks across the enterprise   
   •	Support the improvement and development of a risk management process for   
   the organization   
   •	Support the implementation of a GRC technology solution to support the   
   risk management process (MetricStream)   
   •	Provide an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risk   
   events occur   
   •	Assist with the maintenance of a risk register, heat map, and the rankings   
   of the most significant risks to the enterprise   
   •	Help gather and monitor the company's existing controls and mitigation   
   efforts from business units/ risk owners   
   •	Report risks to the Risk Manager and Divisional VP, Enterprise Risk which   
   may need more attention   
   •	Provide support for the drafting of the ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency   
   Assessment) regulatory report on an annual basis   
   •	Assist with the completion of risk assessments (in partnership with the   
   risk owners) - analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks to the   
   company's operations   
   •	Support the development of a risk-conscious culture to help improve risk   
   awareness company-wide   
   •	Help ensure the Company safeguards its reputation and profitability by   
   controlling risk   
      
      
   Required Skills:   
   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:   
   •	Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written)   
   •	Excellent quantitative and analytical skills   
   •	Technical skills - proficiency with Microsoft Office (including strong   
   Excel skills), proficiency with risk management software strongly preferred   
   •	Must be organized, detail-oriented and efficient   
      
   Required Experience:   
   EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:   
   •	Bachelor's degree required, post-graduate studies are a plus   
   •	2-5+ years prior experience in the field of risk management preferred   
   •	CRM (Certified Risk Manager), ARM (Associate in Risk Management), PRM   
   (Professional Risk Manager), or equivalent certification is a plus   
   •	Membership/ previous involvement with RIMS (Risk Management Society) is a   
   plus   
   •	Experience with MetricStream, or another ERM technology solution, is a plus
