   1. Good knowledge in JAVA/Microservice/Spring-Boot applications - Requirements   
   for Design to Development and delivery   
   2. Good knowledge in handling and creating entities in database    
   ostgres/oracle DB   
   3. Good understanding of UI components - React JS/Angular JS   
   4. Able to understand requirements and propose solutions, design and deliver   
   them to client   
   5. Able to manage a team of UX/UI/DEV/QA members, guide them and get the   
   requirements to completion   
   6. Strong communication skills   
   7. Work with clients on a daily basis and handle change in requirements   
   efficiently   
   8. Good understanding with Agile framework
