   As a Lead Architect, you will enable our clients to understand and implement   
   integration technology hands-on (using Integration Architecture best practices   
   and leading standards) while coaching and mentoring elite team members within   
   our fast-paced and    
   growing organization.   
   Architect and design highly scalable, available, secure and elastic solutions   
   that implement industry best practices and cutting [1] edge technologies.   
   Responsible for overall architecture and design of the Domain Micro services   
   delivered by the team.   
   Coach developers, testers to deliver the high-quality software. Closely work   
   with and/or lead a highly skilled team to guide, help implement and deliver   
   solutions on time.   
   Technical hands-on experience with micro services Architecture Style and the   
   related patterns, where software is developed as small and independently   
   deployable services that work together    modeled around a business domain.   
   Play trusted advisor to the program leadership to bring the right technical   
   skills on the board.   
   Research, analyze and recommend solutions which meet business and technology   
   needs.   
   Working knowledge of architecting and building Microservices using a leading   
   technology stack like Spring IO / Spring Boot. Very proficient in Java,   
   RESTful APIs, API Gateway, Microservices   communications, Data/Messaging   
   Tools (Like Kafka, Redis, Solr,    
   Elasticsearch), RDBMS, NoSQL DB (like Mongo DB, Neo4j), and DevOps   
   methodologies and tools   
      
   EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:   
   •	10+ years of IT experience in analysis, design, development,   
   documentation, implementing and testing of software systems in Java and   
   Internet technologies.   
   •	Hands on experience in developing microservices for specialized highly   
   complex products, and applications using Java [1] related technologies and   
   frameworks like Spring IO, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, Solr, Elasticsearch,   
   MongoDB, Neo4j, Eureka, Zuul,    
   etc.   
   •	Strong Knowledge on Application Development using Software Development   
   Life Cycle SDLC using various methodologies like Waterfall, Agile/Scrum.   
   •	Strong experience in Spring Framework such as Spring MVC, IOC, AOP and   
   Spring JDBC.   
   •	Strong hands - on experience with Spring IO, Spring Boot.   
   •	Experience developing within agile methodology using CI/CD pipeline   
   •	Extensive experience in developing Microservices using Spring Boot,   
   Netflix OSS (Zuul, Eureka) and followed domain drive design.   
   •	Experience developing Microservices using Data/Messaging Service Tools   
   like Kafka, Redis, Solr, Elasticsearch.   
   •	Experience working in an AWS environment
