   Yes. A man who decides to "identify" as a woman hasn't transformed   
   into anything, so he isn't a a trans-woman yet alone an actual woman.   
   He is an inferior imitation of an actual woman.   
   If you want to use a prefix, he is an ersatz-woman.   
   Same with the opposite sex - a ersatz-man, not a trans-man.
