   A St. Cloud distribution center will close its doors and lay off more than 300   
   employees later this year.   
      
   Earlier this week, Dave Baldwin, president of Fulfillment Distribution Center,   
   Inc., informed the Minnesota Department of Employee and Economic Development's   
   State Rapid Response Team of the upcoming closure of its facility at 720   
   Anderson Ave.   
      
   Baldwin cited the end of the company’s contract with the sweepstakes and   
   contest firm Publishers Clearing House, its only customer.   
      
   The move will impact around 320 employees beginning in mid-August. Starting   
   Oct. 4, a "skeleton crew" will remain temporarily to conclude operations.   
      
   None of the company’s employees are represented by a union, according to   
   DEED.
