Many       > use CSS layouts or tables.              As far as I know, standard Wikipedia has a "printable version" option.       Given a bit of PHP knowledge it could be programmed to allow for one       version of the pages (with all the bells and whistles) for PCs and       another (simpler, with PETSCII encoding) for 8-bit viewers.
