   As far as I know, standard Wikipedia has a "printable version" option.   
   Given a bit of PHP knowledge it could be programmed to allow for one   
   version of the pages (with all the bells and whistles) for PCs and   
   another (simpler, with PETSCII encoding) for 8-bit viewers. I don't   
   really know how well ASCII/UTF/ISO-to-PETSCII conversion works with   
   8-bit browsers, but if it's possible then it's just a matter of using   
   one layout for 8-bit machines and another for newer ones.
