In the case of works for hire such as the Commodore Users Manual - YOU can
NOT just ask the author because it is part of the publication firm
(Commodore Publications - a department of Commodore Business Machines).
Essentially, you will have to talk to Commodore International B.V.
(Yeahronimo) because those rights would be logically passed through as it is
among the wide range of rights pertaining to Commodore minus Amiga.

   That will do !!!!

   D) Take ANY PD sources and implement it (acknowledge to original author, it
   is just respectful and fair).
