   just a short notice: gui4cbm4win v0.4.1, the Windows companion GUI for   
   cbm4win/OpenCBM v0.4.0, has been released.   
      
   The changes to the v0.4.0 are short:   
      
   * Fixed the scratch command, which did not work in v0.4.0   
   * Added a "validate" button
