   Sam. I just checked out Ray's website. Great info there, I managed to get   
   some Toshiba TMM2016AP SRAM chips, hopefully that will do the trick.   
      
   Stefan. PSU is fine, all voltages read correct on my MM.   
      
   I am actually responsible for damaging it when I think back. I made a D25->   
   DIN6 adapter to connect to my Amiga or PC about 10 years ago, the   
   connections were bad and after about a month of use the drive stopped   
   working, my bad.
