XPost: comp.sys.cbm, rec.games.video.classic       From: wildstar128@hotmail.com              What part of "Who gives a f***?" did you not understand.              You don't own the company. It is not your money. You bought wand enjoy what       you payed for. Customers don't own the companies and NEVER has there been a       CEO having to say "sorry" to his customers. Customers don't own the company       and it isn't there money. Ok, except the customers who holds stock in the       company. Those are the people who has anything to complain. If you are not a       stockholder OR even an employee, SHUT the F*** UP and leave these guys       alone. Only companies who has to answer to customers are utility companies       because they have/own the jurisdiction. You see, Enron has to answer because       their Pacific Power is the power company holding complete control of power       in given areas and power being shut off effects customers financially.       Think, homes with refridgerators. They don't have an option to another power       company.              We are just talking about computers. A mere merchandise. This is the       difference. The company goes... oh well. You buy another computer or       continue using it with the support that is around the product. They made a       mistake and guess who lost money in Atari, Jack Tramiel. Remember, he had       stock in the company and it went in the hole. So what. Cliche is bullshit.       The man on top doesn't always know about every little detail of what happens       in one office.              Have you ever seen CEO simply tell you to take your complaint to a specific       office. Guess what, that happens more than you think.              We don't care. We don't care about the "I'm sorry" atonement. If I was to go       to the show, I want to hear about the history of Commodore and Atari from       his perspective. I want to hear about his memories of things. Not people       complaining to him about why he didn't get Atari to be dominate in the       Console market or complaints about his hard-nose leadership and demanding of       atonement.              Life and the world moved on. It wasn't the end of the world.                     "dukie" |
