Yes, you can put up a telnet BBS running on a       64 or connect to a telnet BBS with a 64 provided the computer is connected       to the Internet. You can either use a terminal server or a PC as a bridge       or you can get an ethernet adaptor for the 64. As for a PETSCII-compatible       telnet program, sure, there's one of those.
