|    Next FCUG meeting - Sunday, March 17    |
|    13 Mar 13 10:15:34    |
Happy St. Patty's Day, C= and Ami aficionados!        The Fresno Commodore User Group has its next meeting from 11 a.m. to 1+       p.m., Sunday, March 17, at --               Bobby Salazar's Mexican Restaurant        2839 North Blackstone Ave. (corner of Blackstone and Michigan)        Fresno, California              This month we concentrate on Creative Micro Design's SuperCPU! With all the       renewed interest due to VICE now having SuperCPU 64 emulation, we take a look       at what the SCPU can do with real Commodores. We'll look at the following       programs under SCPU        control -- 3D Pool, Asteroids emulator, Zoomania, Silicon Dreams, and       WinC64. Last month we were not able to demonstrate the C64 video       digitizer, Video Byte II (including Super Explode V5.0). This time we'll have       a gender changer for its video cable,        and we'll use it on a C64 (instead of last month's SX-64).        In Amiga hardware, I'm lugging in the Amiga 1200 Tower which runs Amiga       OS 3.9. More specifications on it can be found at               http://retro-link.com/smf/index.php?topic=251.0               Last but not least, we'll try out some of the latest games for the VIC-20.               Truly,        Robert Bernardo        Fresno Commodore User Group        http://videocam.net.au/fcug                     P.S. From Southern California, member Charles G. may be video-chatting with us       from Southern California.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
