   Usenet newsgroups is not a great way to archive binaries. You would be   
   better off uploading them to one of the existing websites, although   
   they likely already have them all anyway. For example:   
      https://www.c64.com   
      https://www.lemon64.com   
      https://c64g.com   
   but there are many many more.   
      
   Or you could also upload them to somewhere like Archive.org.
