   I didn't think so at all.  I thought, for the most part, you came   
   across as kind, caring and incredibly diplomatic.  Sure, a few yahoos   
   looked like idiots, but the majority went out of their way to make him   
   feel welcome and comfortable, even though he made their life   
   miserable.
