Ownership transferred when she didn't pay for the storage. I went
through this when I rented a space for someone and he stopped paying
for it. I paid for a little while, but just said screw it. I
received a Notice of Lien and then they took ownership to sell at
auction to cover cost. Whatever is in their is property of the
storage space as if she personally gave it to them.
