   Not really.  Handicapped tags are for people who need them.  If you can   
   dance the night away -- peg leg notwithstanding -- you don't need a   
   handicapped parking tag.  They don't MAKE people use those things, you   
   know.  You have to ask for one.  Why does she use one if she is so able   
   bodied?
