   No one is aruging that, either.  The point is that being handicapped and   
   having a blue tag doesn't mean that YOU MUST PARK IN A HANDICAPPED SPACE   
   AT ALL TIMES UNDER ALL CONDITIONS.  If you are having a good day and are   
   capable of free mobility, it would be a kind and compassionate move to   
   park elsewhere and let a more needy person have the spot.  The point is   
   that "kind and compasionate" are two words that will never apply to   
   Heather Mills and therein lies the entire debate.
