So what you are saying is that when a well known liberal makes a blatantly
racist remark as a "Joke", then makes an "apology" after, not before she is
nationally raked over the coals, then that should be enough. However, when
Trent Lott, or Michael Richards does the same thing, they tried to get Trent
removed from his job, and Michael's apology was never accepted. I could go
on and on about conservatives who are branded as racists, but it seems that
it is always the case that a liberal who does the same thing should be
forgiven. Even Mr. Obama, who claims to be "African-American", has racism
in him. He says that he is a black man. The press and the liberals treat
him like the second coming. Scratch that. The third coming. MLK is
treated as the second coming. Mr. Obama conveniently left out that he is
only half black. One parent is not black. But then he couldn't place the
race card. If John McCain were mixed race and claimed to be white, the
liberals and media would have ripped him a new one.

No, she has not done enough for what she said. What she claimed that she
didn't realize was racist. Anybody who saw the clip can tell that it wasn't
said as a joke. She was serious when she said it. Just like when she
claimed that our soldiers were terrorists. Then she claimed she never said
that. It is time for this person to just disappear from the national scene.
She has said things before and will again. And later will make a false
apology. Then as always the liberal media will forgive her. Once again we
see the double standard. Some things never change.
